Octovis Sdn. Bhd. (“Octovis”, “we”, “our” or “us”) adopts a strict no-refund policy across all subscription plans, prepaid credit top-ups, activation fees, and service charges made through our platform (“Octovis Automated Property Management System”).
By registering for or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Non-Refundable Payments
- All fees paid to Octovis, including but not limited to activation charges, subscription fees, top-up credits, and annual server maintenance charges, are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of usage, account inactivity, or service termination by the user.
2. No Proration or Partial Refunds
- There shall be no refund or proration for:
- – Unused platform access during an active subscription period;
- – Any partial use of a subscription term;
- – Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms and Conditions;
- – Redundant or mistakenly submitted payments.
3. No Refund for Credit Balance
- All prepaid credits in a user’s account are considered fully consumed upon top-up and cannot be refunded, converted to cash, or transferred to another user or account, even in the event of non-usage or account closure.
4. Exceptional Situations
- Octovis reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to assess and process refund requests strictly under exceptional circumstances. Such cases will be evaluated individually and any refund, if granted, will be made on a goodwill basis only and shall not be construed as a waiver of this Refund Policy.
5. Disputed Transactions
- Users who believe they have been charged in error should contact us within seven (7) calendar days from the transaction date. We will review such disputes internally, and our decision shall be final and binding.
6. Modifications
- Octovis reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time, and such changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our platform. Continued use of the services after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
